Austin Aviles is a Sonoma, California based filmmaker and photographer. Born and raised in Sonoma he went on to study and earn a degree in Documentary Film Production from California State University Long Beach. The senior project that he produced “For Vivian” went on to win three awards at the CSU media arts festival in 2018.

This unusual combination of documentary and photography skills allows him to create compelling narratives that tell unique and compelling stories through his images.
